Large Companies – typically have their own risk management departments , large budgets and recruit consultants over many months to produce their BCPs
SMEs – usually have little or no in-house knowledge. The most cost-effective solution appears to be buying a software package or a BCP book and do it yourself. This proves to be too complicated and too time-consuming and therefore gathers dust in the corner

Our Solution

We have devised a BCP process, tailored to the requirements of the SME market, which offers the benefits of a cost-effective, consultant led approach.

We will guide you through the whole process and remove the complications inherent with any planning process.

We offer this service at three levels:

Option 1

We provide you with the Business Risk Analysis and Business Continuity Plan templates along with training on how to use the templates and write the plan. In addition we provide further telephone and on-site support on an hourly charge basis.

Option 2

We undertake the Business Risk Analysis with you, and give you training on how to write the plan. The benefit over Option 1 is that whilst you know your business and industry well, we can bring the “outsider looking in” approach and therefore challenge you about risks you may not have considered.
Again we provide further telephone an on-site support on an hourly charge basis.

Option 3

We will undertake the Business Risk Analysis with you, and produce your plan for you. Again you benefit from the challenges we make regarding the risks your business and industry faces, whilst ensuring that effort is turned into a workable plan quickly that will meet the requirements of both your insurer’s and customers’.

Which option you choose will involve decisions around how much time you or your staff can commit, how confident you are in preparing the plan and the budget you want to assign to Business Continuity.
